Situated on the lower slopes of Camps Bay the Link Street Terrace development is an attempt to exploit the full development potential of a typical Atlantic seaboard site. Two monolithic frame structures with inner parti walls set flush to the frames create a series of modular terraces. These terraces feature structural planters which act as solar shading devices. The building follows the curve of its site and is a study in creating privacy in a densely developed suburban setting.
